This beautiful bracelet is made of high-quality Prehnite gemstone beads and a very strong elastic cord.
Prehnite is found in basaltic volcanic rocks, and in some metamorphic rocks. Pale green masses are found in Scotland; dark green or greenish-brown masses in Australia. Prehnite is named after Colonel von Prehn, who first introduced prehnite to Europe.
All beads are carefully selected. When you put on and off your bracelet "roll" it on instead of stretching to avoid putting stress on the elastic. This will keep the high-quality elastic in better condition for a longer time.

MEASURING YOUR WRIST SIZE
STEP 1: Measure your wrist with a flexible tape, just below the wrist bone, where normally wear the bracelet.
STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.
